Hisense TV not worth your hard earned money

I bought my Hisense tv just under a year ago, woke up last week to find my tv has two thick blacked out lines running down the screen and static lines constantly moving horizontally on the screen, I emailed them and received a ticket number. Days have passed and they have done absolutely nothing, no reply, tried calling them but can’t get through. Hisense is a **** and their TVs aren’t reliable. They have warranty’s just for show but don’t deliver when their products are defective
