Hisense TV is definitely not a smart TV. Does not function as it should

Our Hisense smart TV 43n3000nw is an absolute pain. It logs itself out of netflex several times each time we watch TV. It freezes, we have to reboot all the time. It does this on YouTube and Netflex and its not our internet connection thats faulty. Highly annoying and very time consuming to have to relog in everytime especially as it doesnt remember your email.
