Hisense TV (disgraceful customer service)

Good Day

My Hisense tv screen went completely black on the 7th of May'21, after having it for only 5yrs. I took it in to the Hisense repair centre at Koerberg rd, Milnerton on Monday the 10th of May'21 & Leroy (supervisor) said they'll inform me once they get the fault report & quote from another repair centre that they inturn send it to. A week later, the following Tuesday i've still received no feedback from them, so called them & spoke to a ***nor (supervisor at the client care centre Century City). I spoke to ***nor on the Tuesday, as well as the Thursday with promises each time of getting back to me before the close of business each time, but to no avail. Empty promises. Long story short, today the 26th of May ***nor again promised to get back to me before close of business for the 3rd time & here I am, still waiting.

Also, this is an insurance claim which is very time sensitive & waiting 3 weeks for a quotation from Hisense full of empty promises is just completely unacceptable.

I'm already ****ed for the fact that the tv only lasted 5yrs ( just out of warranty) & now I'm sitting without a tv for 3 weeks already because of this service centre's incompetence.

I will personally make it my duty from now on to advise every single person I come across whether it be game, makro, dionwired, hi corp etc against buying Hisense appliances...
