Hisense TV

I had bought a Hisense 75” smart TV,2 years back mind you it also has extended warranty This is the worst brand ever,had I known that I wont be able to stream live TV (DSTV) Would never even consider to buy it.I had sent emails and lodge complaints but hit the wall.. I am sooo regretting ever buying Hisense brand .I have been told about software..given lots and lots of instruction to follow,nothing has worked till date TV screen keepson freezing .. Yooh this is a nightmare having a Smart TV that only stays on a wall like a Potrait no longer serving its purpose #phew Hisense ..from January 2024 till date I haven't receive any assisted
