Hisense TV

Good day My mom's(Philicia Ncwana-Maikecho) Hisense TV broke down before Christmas and was fetched by a Technician from Hisense to repair it. They have been giving her the go around about the TV now, she has still not received it. A Hisense employee with the name of Keyde Mohlala sent OK furniture in Protea Glen an email, where my mom purchased the TV lying stating on the email that Hisense had delivered the TV to my mother which is not the truth.Keyde Mohlala has been dishonest and plays games.. He is a dishonest employee and Hisense must please deal with him. I have proof of the emails that he sent to OK protea Glen furniture.
