Hisense toploader machine

Bad experience with my toploader washing machine I bought my toploader at game , reached out at game with the issue that am experiencing with the machines, gamestore did a good job contacted hisense for me, they came through to check the machine, they say ll seems to be fine(technicians did not test the machine but just changed shocks and left) then I decide to use it this other day, surprisingly there isn't any change I contacted hisense, sent a technician again,he says all seems fine by looking at the machine, ok fine I use the machine again still the drum goes down when washing even if there is no clothes just water, it goes down upto an extent that you see the body of the inside machine

The last tech that came checked and said to me he will ask the office to organize a pick up for the machine so it gets diagnosed To my suprise nothing has happened and now my fear is, this machines wareanty/guarantee will expire and I will be on the loss Not happy with the hisense service, am now going to a year without using the machine
