Hisense / They dont live up to their promise

<p>I purchases a Hisense fridge at Russels at in October 2016. Unfortunately the fridge has not performed well at all from day one. Ive been having endless problems with the fridge and extremely unhappy with the appliance. My foodstuff are going off daily and this is costing me hundreds of rands which I cannot afford as I am a single mom to 3 kids.</p> <p> </p> <p>Twice, a technician was sent to look at the fridge and according to them there is nothing wrong. How can there be nothing wrong if my fridge is nothing colder than a cupbourd, even with the temperature setting on its highest! I personally sent Hisense a complaint via email on the 28/02/2017 with absolutely no response. </p> <p> </p> <p>Never have I experienced such bad service or encountered anything like this with an appliance that Ive purchased before. Never again will I purchase any Hisense product again. I want my FULL REFUND asap on my purchase and I might even add in a claim for all my foodstuff that I had to throw away too.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hisense cant live up to their promise of "QUALITY" & "VALUE". </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
