Hisense the worst brand ever, don't buy anything from them

I bought my hisense double door fridge last year July at fairprice pta,now its June and its no longer working , the technician showed up and saw a ****roach and told me that that is the reason my fridge is not working, and it will not be covered under warranty, no one told us this when we paid R14,000 cash last year, your booklet does not mention any of this, is hisense telling me that all their fridges in the world are just waiting for ****roaches and they wont function anymore? I will not take this lying down, i will not loose money over a messed up product especially when no one advised us on this madness of a reason. I will fight, i will take it to my lawyers, include social media till i get my fridge fixed or replaced
