Hisense , the best at being the worst

I would like to lay a complaint. I bought television last year in July from Hirschs' however early last month my tv had issues which I reported and a technician came to replace the motherboard , however It wasn't okay still so they came to take it to the warehouse which I was told was tested for two days and it was fine and they brought it back without touching anything on it. A day after they dropped it off It had the same issue which I recorded even and logged it again and I was assured that someone will come have a look at it but its been two weeks now and no one has come and I even get text messages stating that the ticket/job has been closed and categorized as completed which is far from the truth.
