Hisense the bad choice

The service is very bad my husband bought a freight dubble door the one side of the freight door shattered the technician said it is n product fault they wil order n door and instal it its no almost 1 year a am waiting when you phone them they said waiting for door thats all when you ask them but how long more must I wait they put phone down and if n can help every one if you bought n freight hisense hope it never broke because you wil wait
