Hisense terrible warranty service

My Hisense dishwasher is under warranty and broke. Hisense came to check the machine and said that they need to replace the salt dispenser. Its now 6 days later and still have not heard anything back from them. Its been two weeks more than 12 days since I have logged the issue with Hirsch and Hisense. Service from Hirsch and Hisense sucks badly!!!
