Hisense - Terrible Service

I've purchased a 18kg Washing machine at GAME! Hisense brand.

The machine is still on warranty.

3-4 weeks ago, the machine started making noises when spinning. I have logged a call with Hisense.

The have send a Repairer out to come and have a look at the machine. Turned out its the gearbox of the macine. On Friday, 27 October, they brought a new gearbox and replaced it.

On Monday, 30 October, when my housekeeper wanted to do laundry, all the water in the machine was leaking through onto the floor. So my machine cant hold in the water and cant be used now.

My machine has scrathes on it in the front and on the right hand side. I have logged a call again, and till now, I havent heard from Hisense.

This is terrible service!!!!!
