Hisense Terrible Cellphone Products and Worse Customer Service

I purchased a Hisense U8 cellphone in June 2021 from Takealot and from the second month the phone has been faulty. The Manufacturer’s Warranty with Hisense is still valid so I logged a ticket with them to collect the phone for assessments over a week ago but no assistance to date.
