Hisense terrible after sales

We bought a hisense fridge /freezer about 8 to 9 months ago on Monday we logged a call with their service department because the fridge was not working Monday night when we got home the freezer side was also not working and all of our food had defrosted, so I had to throw everything away. It has now been 6 days of phone calls only from my side and the technician has still not been out to Repair the unit!! 6 days!!!! When you phone in and request to speak to management they advised that no one is available. The funny part is, when you pay Hisense for a repair they help you within 24 hours!!! Hisense quality and after sale services are terrible I will never buy another appliance from Hisense again I will also not recommend it to anyone else!!!
