Hisense Terrible after sale Service

would have given a zero rating if that was an option. Pathetic service. Sent my tv for repairs. The tv came back after three weeks. Asked the technician to switch it on to check if the problem was sorted, and guess what, the original problem was still there but now there's another problem with the tv. So instead of fixing my tv they broke it further. Sent it immediately back with the technical the same day. I did a follow up after roughly two weeks and was old the tv only got booked in two days ago! what the hell did you do with the tv for two weeks?!! I want my credit back. This is a lesson never to by a tv from Hisense or any product for that matter. pathetic after sales service.
