Hisense technicians damaged my machine and I'm held responsible.

My washing machine was scratched deeply by their technicians and it's been 2 weeks of me being pushed from pillar to post, the dryer was faulty, two men came out here, I reported it immediately with pics and yet I'm being treated so bad, no machine for 3 weeks now and no head way whatsoever. They make you hang on the phone forever, don't return calls or emails.. Purchased from Makro.
