Hisense Technician poor service

Hisense Technician Ntando is unprofessional, he does not show any professionalism towards clients, He is the Technician in charge of my service request, yesterday (12th of November) Makro advised me to call him to come do the call he was assigned for, when i called him he told me he is not going to come as he does not work for Makro and they cant tell him what to do but the Job is called in by makro and Hisense.
