Hisense T5 pro the worst phone ever money down the drain very disappointed and will not rest till my problem is resolved

Am here to complain ,I bought a Hisense T5 pro on the 9th of September at total sport in fourways mall ,7months down the line the phone freezes battery doesnt last you charge it full 100% and make a call thats less than 2min its flat ,you take a pic whilst the flash is on the phone switches off ,I can not afford to buy another phone as this phone is less than a year. I would really like this phone replaced or the battery replaced contact me on ***
