Hisense T5 phone horrible battery life , phone speaker not audible and freezes everytime i open an app.

I bought a new cellphone from Foschini mall of the south on February 17 2018 , a Hisense T5 to be exact. other than the fact that the phone ca,me with 3 covers and a free bluetooth speaker my experience with it has been horrible !!! i charged the phone before using it as per the instructions but the battery barely lasts me two hours , it takes over 4 hours to charge but drains extremely quickly. ANOTHER problem i am experiencing with the phone is that the speaker is extremely low , my calls are barely audible and all of my contacts complain about not being able to hear the voicenotes i send on whatsapp, the phone freezes every time i open a new application or whenever i try to open the browser . I intend to go back to Foschini Mall of the South today to return the phone , not up for negotiation , its either they give me another one within the same price range or a full refund. this is my first experience with Hisense and i am not at all impressed.
