HiSense support just give false promises and lies - Terrible Service

We bought a Hisense TV a few months ago. Everything works okay except for a few functions around the media player which were the main selling points when we bought it. I've contacted their support department on numerous occasions and each time they (JJ, Ruben and others) promise to call me back with a solution but never do. I even did their work by scouring the internet for solutions and mentioned it to them but they don't come back to me.
