Hisense Support and Spares team is pathetic

Worst service ever. I needed to replace the sound bar remote. I contacted their support team and paid for a new remote. They confirmed that they received the money and that remote is going to get dispatched. It has been 6 weeks now and i still haven't received the remote. I have emailed their team multiple times, i have called their team multiple times and i always get told that they will get back to me but they don't.

I am wanting to return all my Hisense products and move to a better brand. This is pathetic.
