Hisense sucks!

Customer services at Hisense sucks!!! Once you've bought an item from them, they don't care about following up when an appliance breaks. I bought a Hisense washing machine from Makro and a year in, the glass broke/ cracked while it was operating. I've been trying to get some assistance from them and Hisense for 2 months now with no help!!!
