Hisense Sucks!
Bought a 70inch smart TV that just wont connect to DSTV. Please dont respond telling me to reboot and clear cookies because ive done everything possible to troubleshoot. Tried calling your support line and was on hold for 45minutes without speaking to anyone. Paid 15k for a smart TV that only supports Netflix. I'll have to now spend another R1000 to buy a TV stick. I will never EVER purchase another Hisense appliance.

08 Dec 2023, 13:23The software is up to date. Just say that its not compatible with most apps. You might lose sales but it will help consumers make a better choice.
