Hisense sub par products and customer service

This is now honestly disgusting, I can't believe how pathetic customer service at Hisense is disgustingly rude and useless. In 2019 Your technicians could not fix the Netflix issue on a multitude of occasions and tried replacing panels, They eventually brought a substitute spare tv for the time being but never brought my tv back. Now the tv your technicians brought does not want to turn on.. This is honestly a joke how can a TV have so many issues??? The TV I purchased is still under warranty Purchase date 02/02/2019 SM TV 50A6100UW
