Hisense *****s NPO money.

I'am hihgly disgusted in Hisense after sales service. I work for an old age home and need a spare part for my recently bought Hisense washing machine. On the 23rd of June I paid for the parts and they promised to deliver whithin a week. I also paid delivery costs. It is now a month later and still they have not delivered. Also they do not allow you to collect in Malmesbury. Needless to say they do not answer their phones and when they do it is like listening to a voice recorder "e-mail us". What a laughing matter because they don't reply correspond via e-mails either. DO NOT BUY HISENSE PRODUCTS!! THEY HAVE A NON EXISTING AFTER SALES SERVICE, NO SENIORS OR SUPERVISORS OR MANAGER'S TAKE COMPLAIN.
