Hisense Spares - Non existing service

I have bought a Hisense dishwasher just over a year ago. Now the baskets is rusting away. We dont stay close to the coast, so it doesnt make sense. I logged a ticket via their website, got a reference number on email, and no response after. I called 2 x now in the last 2 weeks. Even requested the service / spares manager to call me. Nothing.
