Hisense spares Cape Town
I ordered a new fridge shelf from Hisense spares CT, the invoice said "lower shelf" on it, they sent me a tray for the door instead. I have phoned the call centre and sent emails with photos, but no one ever gets back to me. I can't get them to come exchange the part for the correct item. Money & lots of my time wasted for nothing.

04 Feb 2026, 21:48I was asked to send photos (which i previously did) and they sent me a shelf from a different fridge which is too long in depth for the model i have. I give up. I will just go to a glass cutter and get one done and find a plastic edging to put on it.
