Hisense South Africa service very baf

Badest, worst ever customer care and support ever. Been waiting almost a month for a part ordered. When i eventually got the part it was the wrong part. Called in and was told to send an email with photos of the right and wromg part. Done that and no feedback. Been calling foe a fulll week, holding almost an hour per call just to be dropped or cut off. Still dont have ANY answer or feedback. Dont ever buy Hisense. As good as the product is there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
