Hisense South Africa, great job!

I had a great experience with the team. I had a faulty remote for my U6H TV and I sent an email to the Hisense south africa team.

They responded within a day and asked for my receipt. I sent it and they asked for the model of the remote explaining that it will still be under warranty within 6 months. As the TV was bought 4 months ago I got my new remote 3 days after i sent the part model number. No hassles.

Great job. A happy customer!
