Hisense South Africa Customer Care is absolutely shocking!

I have been trying to get feedback on the 12kg front-loader washing machine I bought, regard the steaming function. When I log a call with the customer care line, they promise to get back to but never do - i have called about 4 times. I have logged two tickets on their website, and I get the auto generated email with a reference number and that they will respond, but again, they never do. I tried their WhatsApp line and also get no where!

Hisense South Africa Customer Care is absolutely shocking! Rather buy another product and get the support you deserve when paying the prices they charge!
