Hisense South Africa. I rate Hisense South Africa very bad service. I've ordered and paid for two parts for my fridge from Hisense spare parts. But it seems to me as if they are just make a mockery out of your phone calls and emails.

I've order my items in August and I've still not received any information about my package. Everytime I phone, I'm being told that my case is will be escalated to the manager, or the manager will sent me a email. Or my package will be sent out today via overnight shipping.

Christmas came but still nothing has been done. Rather think twice before you buy a Hisense product as the aftermarket support really really sucks. You can't blame Covid for the bad service
