HISENSE SMARTTV SOFTWARE IS GLITCHES

I have an 58" A6100 UHD TV the WiFi password never saves, set the TV to factory after a few days it gets glitch and goes back to not saving. I think there is something wrong with the software.

Even when you reset to factory setting the TV defaults back, you also unable to log out from DStv now.

I contacted Hisense Cc in June with this issue to date Jurgen Smith has not sent me updated firmware.
