HISENSE "Smart" VIDAA OS TV. FALSE ADVERTISING
Hisense Vidaa Os is definitely not a "smart " Tv. It's bunch of 💩💩. If you need to use any other apps you will have to buy a smart android box to ma the Hisense Vidaa Smart. It is the Definition of False Advertising. Their App Store is useless. They advise Hisense Vidaa tv's as smart but it isn't. In the true sense. Save your money and Definitely don't buy any Hisense "Smart " tv that has the Vidaa OS. The websites are full of unhappy customers. I have reported them to the advertising Authorities and waiting on a reply from them. DONT BUY HISENSE VIDAA SMART TV. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

We appreciate you getting in touch with us at Hisense SA. We would like to confirm that Vidaa does not offer an app store. All apps come pre-installed on the system, and once we launch an app, it will automatically appear on the Vidaa operating system as long as the TV is connected to the internet.

You can't download any of the apps you need unless the Usless Vidaa OS allows you to.
It's Blatantly falsely advertised. Pre installed apps come with proper smart tv's but you can download others should you want to.
The Hisense Vidaa tv's will be out of date by the time you introduce new, decent usable apps to it.
Be Honest and accept the Fact it Not Smart.
You need to go to more expense and buy an Android box to enjoy the Smart part.
The Vidaa system is complete *******.
Smart infer's that it is user friendly which is clearly not the case with Vidaa.
Straight forward False Advertising no matter how you try and spin it.
Pathetic response from your side. Own up to your False claims.
The Advertising Standards Agency has been contacted and are busy with the process.
They have been in contact with Hisense and myself so we will see how things go going forward.
