Hisense Smart Tv's not a smart buy beware
Whatever you, please do not buy Hi-sense Smaer TV's, there is no app store and no freedom of choice, Hisense chooses the apps for you and you have no say. When we purchased the TV we were not told this, there are limited video formats, one can't even load a 3rd party player like VLC that play 99% of all the formats, you cannot load a browser browser of your choosing and the webview formats are very poor and slow. In short do not waste your money becuase just because its a couple of rands cheaper, you will regret

Kindly be advise that Vidaa does not have an app store as you mentioned. All the apps are pre-installed & once an app is launched it will automatically appear on the Vidaa operating system (as long as the TV is connected to the internet).

08 Feb 2023, 14:25Your answer not satisfactory, we were never told that only you can update and that there is no store so the tv was sold under false pretences. Not acceptable, please stop trying to cushion the damage.
