Hisense Smart TV not working!

I bought a Hisense TV from HIFI corporation Woodmead last year October. As i speak, the TV has been repaired 5 times and has had the motherboard replaced. Till this day my TV does not work properly and still has problems, every time I logged this with the retailer all they did was send a technician. No one bothered to inform me of the CPA term that I can take it back for a full refund in the first 6 months I just want this unit replaced and Hisense is not doing anything about this. I am sick of all this back and forth and dissapointed with the service I received. I mean how many more times does a TV that's less than a year old have to be repaired. WHY ARE WE EVEN REPAIRING A NEW TV IN THE FIRST PLACE. ??!
