Hisense Smart tv not that smart as it can't do updates.

I bought a Hisense 60k390pa. I emailed Hisense in 2016 and 2017 a few times, to request that they do a firmware update. As the Smart TV doesn't want to install Play store apps anymore as the app is not compatible anymore with the device. The system is very slow, I can only watch tv not use the apps anymore. To browse the internet is slow on the Smart TV . The internet is fast on my other devices.

Keyde Mohlala ********** just says we ( Hisense) don't have firmware updates. Samsung and LG brings out updates monthly on their devices.
