Hisense Smart TV dstv app not working

Poor customer service. Noticed that the new DSTV stream app doesn't work on my Hisense smart TV. I first contacted DSTV who informed me that Hisense needs to update firmware. I made contact with Hisense. After 4 days, I get an email with a download link to update firmware. It does not work. I inform whoever (no name on email response from Hisense) that it doesn't work. They give me a second link. Still nothing. Now, since no response. It is really poor. What's the point in having such a long warranty when nobody gives you the support when you need it. If I could paste a screenshot here, I would to show how bad service from them has been.
