Hisense smart tv

Our Hisense Smart tv stopped working 3 days befire our guarantee expired. Unfortunately it was over Christmas and no one bothered to answer a phone or email. We tried every day. Even going to Game where we baught it. The person working with it there, was almost never at work. Now everybody is just pulling shoulders and no one wants to help. So I will recommend to never buy an expensive Smart tv from Hisense! I went through the whole Christmas without a tv. Had to go and buy a cheapie this month just to have one.
