Hisense smart phone is a NO! NO!

2 months back I bought a Hisense Infinity E 30 light smart phone. Within the same month the menu bar and back button started not to function. But after a day it started functioning again. So I thought it was an end user problem until the same problem came back within a week. I have made contact with Hisense and they said I should take the phone in and since then they have been ignoring my emails. I feel they should stick to manufacturing TVs and fridges and leave iPhone,Samsung and Huawei to making phones.

Never buy a Hisense phone it’s a waste of your money. I regret buying it , I should’ve gone for the other well known reliable brands.
