Hisense Shocking Service

I bought a dishwasher last year in July. I started using it in August however one of the dishwasher racks are already starting to rust. I sent Husense an email thinking that they would be empathetic to my plight however to my disgust they simply mailed me back stating that they do not cover rust. This dishwasher is only a few months old - REALLY?
