Hisense services is nonsense

<p>I logged a dispute on Monday Ref: ********** 97 as my phone is giving me a problem . They promised to send the technician on Tuesday till today no one has arrive but they ate my money. The Tech called promised to come on wednesday (28\06\2017) till then i have'n seen anyone to come and check or take my phone for repair. Since no one is ready to help me can they give me my money back and take their ****y phone. I do not owe them anything but i have to beg them to fix my phone. This is bull **** company.</p> <p> </p>
