Hisense service technicians Port Elizabeth

I have a Hisense fridge too and am currently at the receiving end of the service mentioned above. I have been trying to get proper service, from what I expect to be legit agents/service technicians, for about 3 weeks now. Only my freezer was working, and after yet another mistaken diagnosis on the 3rd/4th visit, I have just discovered that the food has defrosted.

Furthermore, they have failed to provide me with a proper invoice for the call out fee of R450 that I have had to pay cash.

I don’t get any straight forward and to the point answers or advice on the way forward and all the while being at their mercy.
