Hisense Service Issues

I bought a 58” Smart TV from Hisense 3 years ago. I had to send it to service 3 times since I bought for the same issue. Now waiting for the broken TV to be collected again for 15 days…

Last time the agent who will fix the TV came with a 30 years old sedan Toyota which didn’t even have a boot! For this time, they didn’t even come to collect the TV by saying there is so much rain and they can’t collect the TV from my house.

Worst service ever! I will definitely get LG or Samsung next time!!

Why do you sell something if yoy are not CAPABLE to service and do repair???
