HISENSE SERVICE IS JUST *******!!

i bought a Hisense online in Game store, the fridge has cracks in the inside, the bottom door has a dent. i logged a complaint with Game, Hisense sent their technicians to come check the condition of the fridge. The technicians advised that Hisense or Game will contact me. I got an sms from Hisense saying that my issue was resolved. WHAT ISSUE WAS RESOLVED IF YOUR TECHINICIANS ONLY ASSESSED THE DAMAGE??? I PAID YOU GUYS IN CASH AND I NEED THIS ISSUE SORTED OUT!!
