Hisense Service is a piece of **** and their products suc****!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a french Hisense fridge via Makro last year July 2019, the fridge is faulty. I have called Makro to contact the servicing people from Hisense and till this day, I do daily calls to follow up...no one from Hisense has showed up to fix my issue. Please do not buy any Hisense products, unless you don't mind waiting a lifetime for someone to come and fix that product when it's faulty.
