HISENSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST!!

I bought an Air Fryer from Takealot, it got rust on the buckets and the branding of Hisense came off. I have mentioned this to Hisense 2 weeks ago, but the service response it pathetic. I send follow up emails but get no responses and at this moment I cannot use my Air Fryer! Why have a gaurentee if you can't hold to it?
