Hisense Service Centre Lies
We logged a call with Hisense to repair a TV with referrence *** at Makro Silverlakes. We have made numerous calls to the service center and to this day no one has phoned to arrange nor come to fix the TV. It has been a month now, since the call was logged. The consultants advised that the turnaround time for a call is 7 days. The warranty is even going to expire while we're waiting for the technicians to come repair the TV.
This silence is beyong unsatisfatory. No missed call, no communication whatsoever. You are quick to sell us your TVs however as soon as you have our money, you don't care about us anymore. We want the TV repaired asap. We have been patient enough and this has become frustrating.

11 May 2021, 14:37My issue has still not being fixed and that doesn't make any sense at all.
The call that was logged was for the TV screen not working. Knowing the problem, why were we not informed that the call logged that took 3 going on 4 weeks was just to come and "view" the issue?
Now, the technician just comes to collect the TV and mentions that it will take another two weeks to get it fixed. Now, please explain to me how does that work? Your technicians know the info on the call. Why not bring tools to repair? Why take it back to the workshop? What is the point of the house calls? Why weren't we informed to just take it ourselves to the service center? Why waste our time?
He even comes to the house and asks for an extension? Technicians carry their tools. So if we didn't have an extension then what was going to happen? What kind of service is this?
I'm beyond mad and frustrated at the same time. The TV needs to be repairs as a matter of urgency. We are not prepared to wait another two weeks and do follow ups that take us no where.
