Hisense service center

Hisense service is terrible they have taken my TV away 2 months ago and I keep calling every week on when I will have my TV replacement they are of no help they keep saying this lady phumzile will phone me urgently but they haven't this company has basically ****** my TV because they have my TV and the money I paid for it and I'm here basically begging like I want a favor when they owe me a TV
