Hisense service- BEYOND TERRIBLE!!!!!!

do not ever use purchase hisense in my opinion !! - uphill battle. I honestly do not want to give even a single star here ! for months my hi sense tv which is not even 2 years old has had lines running up it - I have logged numerous calls/jobs and sent numerous emails and calls, even went in store to log the job repair - 2 gentleman eventually came out and were here for approx 1 minute and literally just re booted the smart tv which I told them I had already done - guess what ? lines still there!!! their response was that I need to email and keep ticket open so someone could come assist further . numerous emails and calls later and no one responds!!!!!! It has been 5 months!!!5 months since this started !!! the tv is still under warranty so can you guys please stand by what you actually promise!!!! stand by your warranty and what your COMPANY promises !!!! I never had this issue with LG or Sony - So hi ense please as a company stick to your warranties, advertising and commitments!!!!
