Hisense **** service

Bought a Hisense tv in 2019. Couple of weeks back while watching tv just went off. Contacted their services center cause it still on warranty, provided all info required.still to this day I don’t have a so called job number & no technician has contacted myself about coming to sort out the issue. Called the call center this entire week, all their agents say they’ll book it for me but still nothing
